Simon joined Marston in 2000 and has worked in all areas of the company. He moved to Digital in 2005 and, after working in the production department for 18 months, took on his present role as Client Services Manager. Simon ensures that the Company’s enviable customer service commitments are met and is responsible for the handling of all customer issues and requests. |

Andrew joined Marston in July 2001 after graduating from TVU in London with a BSc in Information Systems and an HND in Business Computing. He has worked in several departments within the company including the Journals, Subscriptions and Project Departments. Andrew transferred to Digital in September 2007 and assists in all aspects of Client Services. |

Harjit joined Marston in 2001 working as part of the Journals team and as a warehouse operative. She also worked in both the Journal Administration and Subscriptions Departments before transferring to the Digital department in June 2006. |

Ron joined Marston Digital in September 2003 and has over 20 years experience in the print industry. Ron controls all areas of pre-press and production and ensures that Marston’s superior quality and rapid service levels are met. The Digital production facility has been run successfully on a double day shift since February 2004. |

Terry joined Marston Digital in 1998 and is responsible for digital pre-press. He has considerable experience in this area, having held similar positions for several years before coming to Marston Digital. |

Andrew joined Marston in January 2004. He graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2003 where he studied Design BA (hons). Andrew works within the production team and is responsible for the running of the Digital production printers. |

Jamie also joined Marston in January 2004. Originally a member of the bindery team, he is now fully trained in all areas of Production and is responsible for the running of the Digital production printers as well as assisting in the bindery. |

Esther joined Marston in August 2004 and has over 40 years of experience in print and print finishing. She is predominantly responsible for loose-leaf work and any jobs with specialist finishing requirements. |

Ernest joined Marston in November 2006. He is responsible for running all bindery machinery and assists with loose-leaf work. |

Pawel joined Marston in January 2007. He graduated from University with a BSc in IT. Now fully trained in the bindery, Pawel also assists with pre-press and running the Digital production printers. |

Malcolm has been with Marston for over 20 years. His primary role is running the mailing machines but he is also trained to operate bindery equipment and often assists with loose-leaf work. |
